We have power, water, and lighting for running at night if needed. We are very close to down town Walla Walla, food such as Panda Express, Jack in the Box, McDonalds, Subway, Walmart, Safeway, Dairy Queen, and some Hotels. First Class $40.00 Second Class $30.00 Each Additional Class $30.00 Early signup discount expires Monday Aug 15, 2016 Add $5 per class after this date Round #5 of 2015 Northwest Championship Tour 755 Myra Rd., Walla Walla, Washington Friday August 19 Check In/Sign Up @ 9:30AM until close Controlled Practice from 10:00AM until 8:00PM – consists of punch card format, 1 card with 5 punches per paid entry. Rotating sessions 6-8 minutes in length. Marshalling after your practice is mandatory and will be monitored. Track closes 8:00 PM Park is closed at 11:00PM all individuals must have left track area by that time Saturday, Aug 20 Gates open at 7:00AM Late Practice from 745-800AM Driver's meeting planned at 8:00AM Qualifying starts at 8:15-830AM. Qualifying will be mixed qualifying running one round of 1/10th electric followed by 1/8th, then back to 1/10th so on. Immediate marshalling after your qualifier is mandatory and will be monitored. Qualifier and overall standings will be posted after each run / round for review. MANDATORY QUIET TIME between 2-3pm, no nitro motors to be ran during this time Park is closed at 11:00PM all individuals must have left track area by that time Sunday, Aug 21 Gates open at 7:00AM Driver's Meeting at 7:45AM Mains start at 8:00 AM for all Classes. Order will be based off of entries and best available path forward Immediate marshalling after your main is mandatory and will be monitored. MANDATORY QUIET TIME between 2-3pm, no nitro motors to be ran during this time. Raffle prizes to be drawn mid day on sunday likely during quiet time Awards given at conclusion of racing or during quiet time for classes that have finished. Park is closed at 11:00PM all individuals must have left track area by that time Track closes after mains. Misc. Information: OVERNIGHT Motor Home, camper trailer or tent camping is NOT Allowed TRACKSIDE with the exception of track security... Please see the RV park located in the same park as the RC track, Four Seasons RV, or a nearby facility Blue Valley RV Park is closed at 11:00PM all Mobile homes or trailers must have left track area by that time. A local racer 2 miles from facility has also offered space for RV parking to accommodate this unfortunate situation. We have again asked the city for exemption and no luck. Personal Transponders are required at all NCT events this year. Special Note: The older MRT V1 transponders will not work consistently Signups are live!
