Come join us for a fun filled day as EVERYONE is welcome! We will be holding a DIFFERENT race format for this race event. We wanted to shake it up and try something unique. Below, I will “TRY” to explain how the race program is ran. • There are NO qualifiers. Instead, we will use a modified “Reedy Race” format. • There will 3 mains in each class. Example would be in Nitro Buggy, Three (3) – 15 minute mains. • Qual points will be used and so only 2 of your 3 finishes will count. • In each of the 3 rounds, the running order will be different and randomly selected. If there are more than 2 heats per class, each round will be re-shuffled so you are racing different people each time. • You are awarded points for each race you finish. 1 Point for 1st place, 2 points for second place and so forth. • You take you lowest 2 points and add them together for your total. The racer with the lowest total wins. • In the event of a Tie, here is how the tie-breaker will be used: o 1st Tie-Breaker: Number of 1st Place finishes o 2nd Tie-Breaker: Number of 2nd Place finishes o 3rd Tie-Breaker: Number of 3rd Place finishes o 4th Tie-Breaker: Times added up of the two best finishes. o 5th Tie-Breaker: Finished time of the throughout race. • We will run up to 12 drivers in any one heat but split to 2+ heats if we have 13 or more entries. • For classes with more than one heat, drivers will be randomly placed into different heats so you are racing different drivers each time.
