| Alright I paid my entries a couple days ago. For some reason it only charged me $120 for 3 classes. You emailed me about this. I then paid the extra $20 that I owed. Now on this site it says I haven't paid and it says that I need to pay again. Can you see what's up with this? I just didn't want to drive 6 hours then get up there and not be able to race. |

| Delete the class you do not want and sign up for the class you do want to run. Once that is complete, click the "contact promoter" link above and describe what you changed, we'll change it on our end and mark the new class paid. |

| I signed up for sportsman buggy. I did not know that it was nitro only. I just noticed this. I have already paid also. What do I need to do to switch to 1\8th electric buggy? |

| Indoor pitting is available, first come first served. Building and outside area will be secured and patrolled so there is no need to pack up all your stuff every night.
Outdoor tent pit space, tables, chairs and power (3 x 20'x20' tents) will be provided by first come, first serve as an overflow.
It's a good idea to bring your own tents, tables and chairs with you if you can.
The power is for chargers and general needs only. House power can't be used for trailers or air conditioners. Be respectful of the power and facility.
We are getting close to the event. We expect the event to max out at 400 entries so please get those paid entries in to secure the space. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon! |

| Thanks for the quick response! Another question, related to pitting indoors. Will we be allowed to leave our equipment in our pit space, overnight? Or is it first come first serve, every day?? Also, how many spaces are there for the indoor pits?

| will there be any open practice after controlled practice shuts down at 6? Bring the heat practice went very smooth in my opinion and even though there will be more people some open practice at night would be nice for those that may not be able to get there early thursday |

| Well let me answer your question. Yes the track will be changed. I know it is hard to believe that we would change the track from the existing layout, but JConcepts has give us an awesome layout that is going to be a great layout with the JConcepts/Marc Beck touch to it. We have the best dirt you can have for an off road r/c race track. Those of you that ran Bring The Heat, know how well our track did with as many racers as we had and The Clash track will be the same. I am so excited about having this race and the people that are coming in for it. You don't want to miss this one it is going to be an AWESOME race. |

| Anyone with a major chassis manufacturer sponsorship is expected to run an Expert/Mod class. There most likely will be some "Sponsored" drivers in the Sportsman/Stock classes. Those that have partial or 50% off sponsorships are left at their discretion to where they are most comfortable running. |
